Overview
ViewPort Studio (“we”, “us”) provides a multi-device website preview tool. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in, we store your name and email address to identify your account.
- Usage data. We record the URLs you preview and the device sizes you use to enforce plan limits and improve the product.
- Payment information. Paid plans are processed by our payment provider. We store your subscription status, but we never store full card details on our servers.
- Support messages. If you contact support, we keep your messages to respond and follow up.
How we use your information
We use your data to operate the service, enforce usage limits, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, and send service-related and (optional) marketing emails.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us run the app (hosting, payments, email) and only as needed to provide the service.
Data retention & deletion
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Account → Delete account page. Once deleted, your data is removed from our systems.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, update your plan from the pricing page, and request account deletion from your account settings.
