How does the free tier work?+

You get 3 previews per week (a 'preview' is one URL submission, regardless of how many device frames you view). The counter resets every Monday at 00:00 UTC. It doesn't roll over.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. Cancel from your Account page in one click. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Do you offer refunds?+

No. All services are sold as-is and all sales are final — we do not offer refunds. You can cancel anytime to stop future billing, and you'll keep access through the end of your current period.

Is my data private?+

We only store your account info, plan status, and the URLs you preview (so we can count them). Nothing else. We never share or sell anything.

What payment methods are accepted?+

What's the difference between Pro and Studio?+

Pro gives you unlimited previews and every layout mode — perfect for solo devs and designers. Studio adds bulk PNG export of all device frames, white-label shared views (your branding, not ours), custom display names on share links, and a shared views library to manage everything in one place. Studio is built for agencies and teams presenting work to clients.

Can I switch plans later?+

Yes. Upgrade from Free to Pro or Studio anytime — the new plan activates instantly. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period so you don't lose paid time.

Do shared links expire?+

No. Once you create a shared link, it stays live as long as your account is active. You can delete any shared view from your Account page at any time.

Why can't I preview some websites?+

Some sites (banks, Google, Facebook, etc.) send an X-Frame-Options or Content-Security-Policy header that blocks them from being embedded anywhere. That's a restriction on their end, not ours. Most marketing sites, SaaS landing pages, and dashboards work perfectly.

Do you offer team or company plans?+

Not yet — Studio is currently single-seat. If you need 5+ seats with shared billing, email us and we'll set you up manually while we build proper team support.

Is the Chrome extension included?+

The side-panel Chrome extension is included on Pro and Studio plans. Install it from your dashboard to launch ViewPort Studio on any open tab with one click.

Can I use ViewPort Studio for client work?+

Absolutely. The Studio plan is built for it — white-label shared views remove our branding so you can present mockups under your own name or your agency's.
